Our Returns policy:
-Saddle & Spurs western co. have a 14 day return policy. Further meaning, you have only 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
-Please ensure your item is in the same condition as when you first received it. Meaning that it is unworn or unused and still has tags attached (for clothing).
-A proof of purchase is required too. Example: A screenshot of your email when you purchased the item/s.
-If requiring the need to return contact our business email at: [email protected].
-You will be further notified if your returned item has been accepted by us where we will then respond in email format with instructions on where and how to send your package back. NOTE: Return costs are to be covered by the customer.
-If you have just sent back a returned item without requesting one, your item will not be eligible to be exchanged or refunded.
Our Refunds policy:
-You will be notified once we have received and reviewed your returned item/s. If accepted by us you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method.
